Nest Link is intended to gather limited information that helps us provide, maintain, protect, and improve the app. MoMo Studio does not sell personal information. We also do not build profiles from your browsing history, DNS lookups, traffic destinations, or the content that passes through Nest Link.

Some information comes from you, and some helps the app run.
We may receive details you choose to send us, including your name, email address, support request, attachments, survey responses, or other information included in your message to us.
Nest Link does not handle in-app subscriptions, paid trials, or direct payment purchases under this policy.
Service identifiers
The app may create or receive a device-linked service identifier. We use it to operate access checks, limit abuse, provide support, and keep the service reliable.
No direct payment details
Nest Link does not collect card numbers, bank account details, or direct billing credentials. Ad partners may process advertising identifiers under their own privacy notices.
We do not store activity logs from your VPN use.
To provide Nest Link as a privacy-focused VPN and proxy service, we do not keep records of the websites you open, the content you send, your DNS requests, or the traffic destinations reached through the service.
We may process limited operational data that is not meant to identify your browsing activity:
- App version, platform, language, and basic device environment for diagnostics.
- Connection success and failure events, without storing browsing content.
- The selected region or server location, without treating outgoing IP addresses as activity logs.
- Aggregated bandwidth volume for quality, capacity planning, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Crash reports and diagnostic events when your settings and applicable law allow them.
We use information to run, support, and improve the service.

- Verify service access, rewards, or other service entitlements.

Nest Link can display advertising.
Nest Link is supported by ads. Third-party advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, cap, and improve ads.
We do not use browsing content carried through Nest Link for ad targeting. Advertising and analytics partners may collect information according to their own privacy policies. If your device supports it, you can reset or limit advertising identifiers in system settings.
Legal requests are reviewed before we respond.
If MoMo Studio receives a request for user information, we review it before responding. When the law permits, we may notify affected users. Because Nest Link is designed not to keep activity logs, we may not have browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or similar activity records that a third party requests.
We keep information only while it remains useful or required.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Nest Link, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, keep business records, and support security or fraud reviews.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or remove it from active processing until deletion is possible, such as in backup or disaster recovery systems.
